Refund Policy

General Refund Rule

myitrfile.in provides professional service-based ITR filing assistance. Once document checking, consultation, data preparation, or filing work has started, the service fee is generally non-refundable.

Refund May Be Considered

• Duplicate payment was made for the same service.
• Payment was deducted but service request was not received by myitrfile.in.
• The service cannot be started due to a reason from our side.
• A wrong plan was selected and the customer requests correction before work starts.

Refund Will Not Apply

• Customer provides wrong, incomplete, or unverifiable documents.
• Customer changes mind after consultation, document review, or filing preparation has started.
• ITR is filed and acknowledgement is generated.
• Refund, loan, visa, credit card, subsidy, or third-party approval is not received by customer.
• Delay happens due to income tax portal, bank validation, OTP, Aadhaar/PAN mismatch, or customer non-response.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are normally processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method or another mutually accepted mode. Actual credit time may depend on bank or payment gateway processing.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be made before service work starts. Once work has started, cancellation may not be accepted or may be subject to deduction for work already completed.
